     DECIDING ON THE LOCATION
          The DRTC has predetermined the region in which the meet will happen. The exec board then accept proposals from that region for meet           possibilites. Once the proposals have been submitted and voted on, a national meet announcement is made. Please refer to the bylaws for a more           in depth explanation of the location selection process.

     THE GATHERING PLACE
          Once a meet proposal has been approved the entire itinerary will be released to attendees. The most important part of this will be the gathering           place i.e. the Host Hotel. This is where you pick up your registration cards, meet all your online friends & drink yourself into a stupor for 3           straight nights. It is important to register rooms as early as possible as most hotels book up quickly, then it will be off to the Back-Up Hotel venue           which isnt nearly as much fun :-)!!

     EVENTS
          In years past the general idea has been to have 3 main events consisting of Drag Racing, Auto Cross & Show 'N Shine. All the events will have           different categories of trucks, again predetermined by the DRTC. All events are judged or timed and winners will be announced for every class at           each event. Events vary by meet and are at the sole discretion of the planning region and the DRTC executive board.

     SPONSOR GIVE AWAYS & RAFFLES
          As a part of every national meet the DRTC will contact various manufacturers & vendors throughout the Mopar world for prize donations to give           away to all attendees of the national meet. There is a drawing usually during the banquet for the prize give aways, everyone who attends the           national meet will receive a door prize of some kind. Also to help support the meet and the DRTC there is raffles throughout the 3 day event for           various higher end parts usually purchased ahead of time by the DRTC. Raffle tickets are sold to the attendees and a few lucky people will go           home with some nice stuff :-)!!

     CHARITABLE DONATIONS
          In past meets the DRTC always picks an organization that is located in the city or surrounding area of where the national meet takes place. And a           monetary contribution is made to that organization on behalf of the DRTC. The size of the donation depends on the turnout for the meet - so           every person counts to help give something back to the communities that put up with us for 72 hours!!
