Depends on the price, group buy would be nice but some of us may not have the money during the buy.

Does the factory hub/bearing use snap ring retention for axial location?

Haven't decided on what to do on rears yet that would be cheap but yet not half assed and id rather not plug weld.anything ....? Thoughts ideas? I think Moser best way to go cause if your gonna replace/remove to fix repair whatever might as well upgrade could prob make our own axles but that a whole different level of knowledge and BS I don't wanna get into... ya know

You could always check with Moser and see if they'd offer you a distributor discount. But even if they won't, having people buy them separately shouldn't be too much trouble. But I would provide people with the exact specs they'd need to order from Moser, just to make it easier. $670 for a full swap isn't bad at all. Definitely opens up a huge selection of wheels. I'm even tempted, altho I don't know if I could give up my CCWs LOL

Agreed ill get ahold of Moser and see about a deal... maybe they could cut me a deal and then pass that on to everyone else. As for ur wheels yea they are hot!! U could keep your 6 lug stuff for when u wanna switch back be a pain but... what not a pain in life

Lol, snap rings are good, it only holds the wheel on right? No big deal

All though, you would have to rip the mounts off the caliper for the hub to actually fall off, snap rings have worked since '97 so why change

I wouldn't change it if thats what the factory used, I'm just surprised they used that.

rear i was surprised by the snap rings too but the bearings are pressed in and the snap rings are acutally super high strength i can get specs if you really wanna know and like you said you would have to break alot of things to get the wheel off. stock or with my brake kits.

Can you drill 2 bolt patterns into the hubs that you machined? Not sure you could do that with stock hubs the way they're shaped, but with your hubs being billet, and the flange being perfectly flat, Do you see any issues with drilling 2 patterns into them?

These the two different styles of timkens I've gotten from rock auto.

I don't see a problem with two different bolt patterns as long as they are both 5 or 6.
