FYI....There are caps and then there are caps. The caps from the toy stores like Pepboyz get brittle and crack pretty easy. I get all my rubber goods from the local Speedshop. I've noticed if it's shiney, it seems to be junk, too much plastic in it or something.

I was wondering the same thing. I was thinking about getting a little lawn mower fuel filter and leave it open to atmosphere.
Cap the port on the TB, remove lines completely. Either pull the charcoal canister under the truck as well, or cap those ports off to. Vent hose for the gas tank can have a filter on it, or just coil it up and tuck it up somewhere.
And most of us installed a resistor on the plug in!
im thinking some guys did the resistor but still had a CEL light, or am i wrong?
