    Default for those with evap removed....

    the hose that went from the purge solenoid to the TB, what did you do. Did you cap it? run it to the intake? Its the purge vacuum line

    FYI....There are caps and then there are caps. The caps from the toy stores like Pepboyz get brittle and crack pretty easy. I get all my rubber goods from the local Speedshop. I've noticed if it's shiney, it seems to be junk, too much plastic in it or something.

    I have seen that too, i will only use the nice rubber ones (insert joke here)

    Wonder is thats my fuel issue, vacuum related

    I was wondering the same thing. I was thinking about getting a little lawn mower fuel filter and leave it open to atmosphere.

    Cap the port on the TB, remove lines completely. Either pull the charcoal canister under the truck as well, or cap those ports off to. Vent hose for the gas tank can have a filter on it, or just coil it up and tuck it up somewhere.

    Actually, I'm pretty sure EVERYONE who has done this mod has put the resistor in the harness plug....

    im thinking some guys did the resistor but still had a CEL light, or am i wrong?
