Just make sure it is for a "Magnum" engine not an early LA. When a buddy told me "just the LA gaskets you have" they sprung a water leak in 2 weeks! Not enough material at the rear water port in my case.

I don't care for the china wall gaskets. Some "Great Stuff" is better IMO.

Those rubber gaskets are ok if you are running all factory, non machined components, but I wouldn't trust them to be adequate if any variation existed.

Keep in mind, most of us didn’t/don’t use the front rear rubber gaskets

For other engines I have built, I use black RTV on both end. I would run a thick bead, gently set the intake straight down and start all the bolts hand tight, then let sit for hour, then torque it down. They never leaked. I heard, "The Right Stuff" works well.

I have four bolts with the heads cut off so I can drop the intake straight down. RTV on both ends.
But I also use a gasket sealer to glue the gaskets to the heads, let it dry and trim the gasket out of the intake ports, the install the manifold.

Little trick I learned at the track, my intake was leaking a little oil from the front, a guy said clean the area with brake cleaner and compressed air, I mean really clean it, squirt some RTV into the area where it was leaking, stick a shop vac over the oil filler in the valve cover and watch the RTV get sucked into the crack. Bingo.
Now, after I install my Indy Intake I do the same thing all around the edges using a cigarette for smoke to see if I have a leak anywhere.

Adobedude, have you looked into ARP 351 Windsor intake stud kit?. The # count is the same and I think they are the same length.used them back in my ford days ( last century ) for the same reason. Straight drop onto heads.
    Love the vacuum drawing idea.

Do this at work with assemblies, why the he’ll haven’t I been doing it with manifolds! I’ll definitely remember that!
