The numbers shown in post #1 and #6 are the only numbers ever available from Chrysler.

Is there any way of telling which number vehicle you have? More specific I have a 98 black club cab R/t. There were 379 built. Which one of the 379 does mine fall, IE 26 of 379 and so forth. Just curious mainly.

Although the Dakota R/T was a limited production vehicle Dodge did not number them so it would be hard to tell who has what number. The Dodge Rumble Bee pick up was one pick up that did have a numbered dash plaque. The Shelby Dakota also had numbered dash plaques. How ever not all Dodge Shelby vehicles had numbered dash plaques either. The Shelby Daytona was the only Dodge Shelby vehical that did not have a numbered dash plaque.

Unfornately as many have pointed out just because its a limited production doesn't mean it will be worth anything. There have been many limited production Dodge trucks such as the Ram SST, Ram Indy Pace Truck, Shelby Dakota, Dakota Convertible, Ram SRT10, Ram Daytona, etc.

I was doing some searches and found a claim of 59RC Metallic Graphites made in 2002. So I added that to the list. All he said was he emailed them, and within 3 weeks got a response.

You think if we all called and asked for the 2001-2003 colors and cab sizes we could figure it out?

Also can someone fill me in on what colors they had in 2001-2003 so I can fill in the information.

That's because Chas is pullin' your leg.

There never has been any confirmed info on how many of each color were produced in 2001-2002.
If you can confirm from Chrysler, post it up.

Like I said in my other thread, a guy with a Metallic Graphite RC R/T contacted them and they told him 1 in like 58 or some shit. I already forgot, but I added it to the list, my thing is I need to know all the colors for each year so I can just call them and ask

I would really like to know how many Amber Fire trucks got produced. They seem to be really fucking rare, more so then the IB trucks.

I've been researching this too, especially for the '01 production year! I'll bet money there was less AF RC trucks made in '01 than there was in in '00.

Well it's not that simple, someone is going to have to actually search for a file on a computer, and either attach it, or type up a response. Seems to hard for most people these days.

A few years back I contacted Chrysler about the #'s and was told the information was 'classified' and they were not able to release it. Go figure!

The 03' numbers are in the first post, just not broken down by cab type.

And yeah several folks on here have contacted Chrysler over the years to inquire about 01 and 02 color breakdowns.
They either got the response that dwight did, or no response at all.

If you guys can confirm anything let us know !
