had mickey thompson 275/40/17's but still doesnt hook, needs a bigger sidewall i think so would m&h 325/45/17 fit the rt rims, and would there be clearance issues width wise???

I'm going to have a set of Hoosier 28x10x17 in full slicks here in a week or so that I am going to put back up for sale bc I ended up going with 325dr's bc they were in stock and the Hoosiers were still being made this offer goes for anyone interested
Forged 408 12.10 @ 111mph under the knife again
I've got a set of the B.F. Goodrich TA's in P305/R45-17 on the back of my R/T right now. I guess they only made about 200 of them back about 3 years ago and then they were discontinued. I've had these for about 3 years and just now put them on. I'd love to find some more in that size, but nobody makes them! They're the same diameter as the stock RSA's (28"), but about an inch and a half wider.

im running 255.60 r17 yokohama advan st
it doesnt look like a 4X4 they arent much diferent size wise, than the stock goodyears, they are higher speed rated, and traction rated, then most of the bullshit tires most of you guys are running
i have my bogarts and slicks for the dragstrip, on the street i like to have grip wet and dry and these do it.
Do you have anything other than computer rendered images to show for your truck?
yes i do
I run 275/55/17 toyo proxes S/T's on all four corners, no rubbing with a 2" groundforce drop.

3 Second Margin of Victory How many bullets does that thing hold?
Remember, go as fast as possible and take all unnecessary chances.
The M&Hs work great in the snow with a 3500 stall LOL
Either you are lucky, don't drive your truck much, or haven't checked the inside of the front fender flares. With the Hotchkis drop and 275/55/17 Pirelli Scorpions, I rubbed like crazy in the front over any speed bump, dip, or driveway entrance. You couldn't hear/feel them rub, but all you had to do was look inside the fender well. The rears were fine with no problems,.
i just prefer the yokohamas, ive had them over 2years with no problems, ive run advans on a few other cars too, just preference. at the time compared to all the other tires , i compared them too, they were what i was looking for. id rather not get into the debate about it honestly, besides im going to run bigger rims soon anyhow
I have seen first hand a dakota R/T with 31X16.5X15 ET Streets on the rear

Was actually tastefully done and looked good. He took the R/T "road and track" and mad it mean road and off road track. No worse than guys who lower dually trucks and still tow with them.
im just sayin those tires are like 29" diameter. def too big for an r/t dakota. im running 27" in front (255/50) and 28" in back (275/50). ur truck would look better with some slightly lower profile tires even if ur still at stock height. also those tires are slowing u down because they are bigger diameter and heavier by a couple pounds each compared to stockers and even more compared to other brand tires out there.
