    Went to Daytona bike week with my bike in the bed long story short went through 20 quarts of oil round trip no leaks, no smoke, not the oil switch, checked the Keg barrel vac leak YES I replaced it a long time ago would I be better off with a regular intake???? Only has 52000 miles on it I,m the original owner.

    When I had my R/T, I made an aluminum plate to replace the sheetmetal pan on the bottom of the stock intake manifold. Once it was on and sealed up, I never had an issue with oil usage again. It wasn't that difficult to make either. It was a cheap fix too.

    You can also buy a plate to replace stock one. They are a little pricey and I personally would invest in a better manifold VS installing one of these. (But it's an option)

    You can have some one weld a plate in place for now, you eliminate that gasket or chance of it blowing out
