Thread: Steel driveshaft

    Default Steel driveshaft

    RCs have a steel drive shaft. Mine had a considerable amount of rust on it. Took a couple of hours with a media blaster and a can of satin black spray paint. I think it will make do until I get an aluminum one. Oh, both U-joints are spicer 1330s.

    Much better.
    Thats a much safer way than I have done it before. EI: put the truck on stands, put it in gear, and run emery cloth down the drive shaft
