I'm installing a M1 intake and using a little bit of anti-seize on the bolts. Is there any problem with that?

I just need to finish painting the fuel injector rails and then it is ready for install.
Tho i do believe the intake bolts are TTY so they are one time use.
Still have floating around in my toolbox, several intake bolts with there heads cut off and a slot ground into the top for help lining up intake

I've been cleaning off RTV from the heads all day, who ever put the intake on last used toooooo much RTV. I have Eddy heads and an M1 intake (stock block), I'm using Eddy 7277 intake gaskets, do I really need to use RTV around all the intake ports?
Sure there is better advice from more seasoned builders, but think you just need in the corners.

Got it, thanks. As far as the end rails (china wall?). I was going to use the intake gasket and end rail gaskets, set the intake down and it if looked like it was going to tighten down and seal tight (no gaps), I was just going to use some RTV where the intake meets the cylinder heads at the both ends. If it didn't look like it was going to "squeeze tight" I will use RTV. FWIW, the stock intake had the end rail gaskets and didn't leak.
I ordered HiPoTec billet fuel rails, but until they come in, I painted the stock fuel rails and water neck. Ready to install.

M1 intake install complete, just need to add antifreeze. The antifreeze that came out was a reddish-orange color, I found orange Prestone the next town over and it's $23 a gallon (50/50). Can I flush the system, and convert it over to the lime green "any vehicle, any color" anti-freeze?
Looking good
After a good flush you can pretty much use any antifreeze. I like the newer yellow "universal" coolant when doing an older vehicle.
Project Maverick. I feel the need, the need for speed
