Hey Ernie and Pat. Still around, had knee surgery last November and had a hip replacement in February so haven't been too active lately. Truck's still down, not in the best shape to pull the motor. Hopefully get it going sometime this summer. Hope things are good with you guys.

Hey mike, good to hear from you man, let’s let this thing pass and maybe I can swing by with a buddy and help you turn some wrenches, I quit my job in February and I picked up another job in town, I’m not working 70-80 hours a week anymore, I’d be more than happy to help out, just glad to hear from you, you got that gangsta limp now ?

Well, she's alive! Finally got the motor out and found a freaky deal. The oil pickup tube had cracked about 3/4" from the oil pump which was screwing with my oil pressure. I talked to a guy from Milodon and he said in the 30 years he's been with the company, he's never seen that happen. Supposedly the tube is chrome moly which he said is the same material they use on top fueler pickup tubes. Guess i had to be the lucky first. Fortunately, everything looked good so we just rolled in new rod and main bearings and she's back on the road.

Thanks Ernie. These toys can be a royal pain in the ass. What do you need to do with the RT and what are you doing to your SRT?

The RT just tabs, just never renewed them when I got the Srt10 but the motor gave out right away, it’s been in the shop for about 3 years waiting on the engine builder @BOM performance in Yakima

That's really good news, Mike. I mean, bad luck on a cracked pickup, but no internals damaged.
