Just installed a MSD 6 al and rev limiter isn't reacting well to stock computer limiter. I'm wondering if i can cut the limiter on the computer out? Any idea what i did wrong (i know SHIFT lol) runs great

I know that generally a good rule of thumb to follow with these trucks is to control your rev limits with a tune. In my experience, trying to limit revs with the 6AL is bad practice because it cuts spark which can allow too much raw fuel to be dumped into your downstream exaust flow. I do know from first hand experience that if you have too much in your cat or your muffler, there is a chance that it can ignite and blow either one or both of those components. Flyin' ryan is on this forum if I remember correctly and he can definitely help you set something up if you're looking to go that route, otherwise, I'd recommend that you avoid setting your limit from the ignition control module
