    Default 9.25 w/LPW cover capacity

Anyone know how much our 9.25 holds with an LPW Ultimate cover? I have 2.5 qts in it now... no sign of weeping out of the fill hole.
My bad! 63 yr old brain fart. I actually have nearly 3 qts in there. All but the last little bit the pump straw couldn't pick up. I'm gonna call it good. That sound alright to yous guys?

DOH! Found it! LPW website under "installation instructions".
    10. Add fluid to the manufacture’s recommended level. If your application has a factory fill plug on the
side or front of the housing, it is the correct level to use.
Note: The fill plug on most LPW covers is located higher than the recommended level. Most
LPW support covers increase fluid volume approximately one pint.
    Applications w/o fill plug located in housing: Chrysler-Dodge 8.2 & 8.3: 5 pints / Chrysler-Dodge
    9.25: 5-1/2 pints Dana 30: 2-1/2 pints / Dana 35: 3-1/2 pints / Dana 44: 3-1/2 pints front & 4-1/2
    pints rear Dana 60, 2WD: 6-1/2 pints (4WD: 7-1/2 pints front & 8-1/2 pints rear) Dana 70: 7-1/2
    pints / Dana 80, 2WD: 8 pints (4WD: 10-1/2 pints)

That would be $300 if it was a Snap-On.

The pump is from a large "Pantene" shampoo/conditioner bottle, notched it a little so the hose would stay on better. (it actually hooked on pretty well) Then, opened up the top of the Red Line bottle and the pump base pushed in nice-n-tight. They say "necessity is the mother of invention".

Hahaha....Thanks. I just have to take a second or two between 3 pumps, stop 1-2 seconds, do 3 pumps. So, it doesn't back flow from the hose to pump spout connection.

You usually fill until it stars to run out of the fill hole. Then, start & tighten the plug as fast as you can.

I missed the install instructions... I have mine filled to the bottom of the filler opening.
