    Default Fast blinkers/turn signals

did a search on the forum before making this thread...

Anyways all my bulbs work front and rear, i have normal bulbs up front, normal bulbs in the rear for turn signals, and LED's in the rear backup lights. Any ideas where to start to troubleshoot this?

    I'd replace your blinker relay.

Do these have a blinker relay? or are they controlled by the BCM?

You need to get one or two of these, https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1 I say two, because I don't know if the hazard lights have their own relay. If they do, then you need two. I have LED headlights, tail/brake light, and turn signals on my '57 and these cured the fast blink issue.

Ive been told i also need a resistor for the LED reverse lights. thinking about getting 2 plain bulbs and replacing the LEDs with those to see if thats the problem.

Ive also stumbled on this video for replacing the turn signal arm, which could cause the problem.

You don't need them for those lights. Only for brake/turn signal lights.

Hazards and blinker are on one relay on my 2000. Don't know if they changed this around for the 03's.

I experienced the same thing. The dealership replaced the relay and that fixed the issue.
