Hello! My younger brother gave me his 2002 RT. Truck has been around the block! 240k miles on her.
He parked it because he realized if he kept driving it, he would be in jail or the grave after a while! Facts...
O'l girl sat for 3 years, windows down (sigh) in a field. Faded pant, few dents, bondo showing on the passenger door from when the headers caught a field on fire :roflmao. ...
With all that said.... All it took to start was some gas from the lawn mower can... And a battery charge! 3 years and it literally started right up like it was just driven yesterday!
It has a stall converter and the transmission has been bulletproofed from what am told..
I'll be using the truck to piss off my neighbors and wife...and perhaps buy stuff from Lowes....

Needs a rack pinion tires. Probably a cooling overhaul... I have some unused hotchkis springs to lower front but I'm going to sell them to buy a rack. If you want details pm me. I have them posted to ebay but no takers

An R/T left to rot in a field? That's not right. Glad you could save it.

Thank you both, and he'll yes, it still lives! I'm pretty good at getting old beat up cars back on the road. I have 3 older bmw that went through four or five owners and they all run great. Well mostly except for that one SOB that I'm working the abs trifecta out.
The RT is bad ass even in its state... When I was thinking off getting rid of it, I just started it up and smiled, ... "No ma'am you are staying with me" I said
