Any tips/special tools, removing rear plastic bumper pads without breaking tabs?
The 2-year old paint is starting to peel in a small spot on the rear plastic bumper pads. Stands out too because it's gray underneath and my truck is Yellow. I had a new bumper installed when they did the paint/ body work a couple years ago. I'd like to be able to just take the plastic pad and get it repainted if it's going to come off easy. But I know these tabs are hard to get off. They are part of the bumper bad, pressure tabs. I don't know if you're suppose to squeeze them and push up. Or is there some kinda tool that would make it easier without breaking the tabs or damaging more paint?
