    Default Shorty Header install tips?

Fixing to throw a set of shorties on an older 5.9L. These look to be pretty corroded, and the last set I put on I fought and fought the manifold bolts. Any tips to get these off easier? Should I try to break everything loose while the manifolds are hot? Maybe soak overnight in PB blaster? I know someone has some removal tips out there. Thanks

PB Blaster, soak. Mine came off easy, but then again I’m in Cali.
My beater (97 V6) I did break a stud and pulled it out once the manifold slipped off.

My mids went on when there was +/- 2500 mi. on the truck, easy.

I wouldn't do hot, I would expect the manifold to be somewhat expanded from the heat
