Default Hey, Wake up you R/T hoe bags!!

So, what do y'all hoe bags got going on at the moment?
I'm currently waiting on my intake manifold to finish port work, it was already welded up, the engine block and my current engine are both at Eddie shop in preparation for the transfer of parts into the R3 block.

I had to pull the 46RE out of my 2001 Dodge Durango R/T because the torque converter shit the bed and sent metal all through the transmission.
While there I'm going to overhaul it anyway since I have to pull it completely apart and clean it anyway.
Ordered a Precision torque converter, upgraded clutch disc, 2400 stall, all the good parts and bands, yada yada yada
Found water pump leaking so I got a flow kooler pump and new radiator while there, I also put a set of Mopar headers on it I got off the R/T classifieds on stupid book.

Im slowly reviving my shit from the dead. Dropped the fuel tank, cleaned it, and swpped out the pump. Tested all the injectors and waiting on replacements, coming friday hopefully. Looking to try and fire it this weekend.

I finally got rid of the ugly as 20" aftermarket wheels and installed the stock 17's and 255/55/federal SS595's. next is sending my 20 year old vortech s/c off for a rebuild and impeller upgrade and install my new spin tec headers and y pipe and gut my cat.
I'm planning on running the local no prep races.

Still plugging away a little at a time on my engine install, unlike most of you that can do this all in one Saturday.

Twiddling my thumbs and thinking about how I'm going to charge up my credit card next

I still need to order pistons lifters and a converter, but I have (at least paid for) just about everything else.

Oh, and trying to figure out how to rearrange my piles of parts to clear space in my garage so I can start gutting this pig and send the short block out for cleaning and bearings.

I have a set of Pistons with only dyno time on them 4.055 I think. Motor was 11:1 comp

Pulled the axles, sent them back to moser to have 5/8 studs drill and tapped into them. Axles are back and reinstalled.

Installed my Hipotek solid motor mounts a month ago. Recently I cleaned up my dusty short block, tapped the head bolt threads and Sunday I installed some ARP head studs and finally slapped on my stage 3 shady dell/ edelbrock heads that I had freshened up from Valley Head service plus got new conical springs from Comp Cams.
I think these heads used to be yours, Chad?

Next is to test fit my new 3” stainless mid-spintechs before getting them coated. Than coating the new V1-T head unit along with some other parts. Also, new 4bbl gets to be slapped on after I install new lifters and adjust my rockers (or order new Jesel/T&D?).

Shady Dell didn't do my Edelbrock heads.

I keep staring at mine when I'm out in my garage, peeking out from under its cover, wonder what I'll actually accomplish on it before the snow melts and I can start driving it again...
