Well it's not heater coil for certain. I ripped off the trim under the windshield wipers and everything I could off the front and flooded everything up there and all I could find was a very small leak. Then before I quit I sprayed off the back glass and it started flooding in the cab. Changing the sliding back glass tomorrow. An now I need another carpet for the damn thing. This truck has made me happier and madder than anything I have ever dealt with.

I'd also recommend replacing the 3rd brake light seal, as I have read where that too can cause leaks over time

    I bought one here:

This would be the first thing i would do. Cheapest and easiest.
There are also two vents on the lower back of the cab, should have plastic inserts.

I appreciate all the tips and advice. As far as vents go I done away with them when i cut out the cab and body for the blow through, and I changed the third brake light to a new led one and there is foam all in that cavity now. So I've got my fingers crossed that it is the sliding back glass. Changing to a solid back glass hopefully tomorrow.

After searching here for "Cab Vents" I have seen where others have done this to reduce noise in the cab. The drawback they report is closing the doors with the windows up is more difficult. Van, I know what you are doing this for, and good you are relocating them, and not sealing them up for good. Just a personal preference, as I'd keep mine in place.

There was a tech tip years back. the drain hose on the firewall for the a/c, heater box, requires a bit of sealant around it. It took me a bit to find the leak in my truck but that's what it was. The floor pan was flooded every time it rained. I wouldn't have thought that much water could have gotten in.
