I'm still checkin' in every couple days. Did a bunch to my R/T starting early spring. Went to my son's place in Klamath Falls in May and built a fresh .030 over 5.9 for his 98 blk CC R/T. He's pushing 190k on his.

I don’t know how hard it would be to make it this way. But I feel if it was easier to upload pictures. By just selecting a photo from your phone and hitting upload. Like it is on Facebook. More people might post here.
I know I’ve never put a build thread on here for that reason. It takes me half the night to figure out how to put a picture on.

I blame it all on social media, as I have seen a big drop in activity here in the almost 10 years of being a member. When forums started popping up on the internet years back, is was the place to ask and get information, jump into a chat room for some BS, as one had to check back in for a reply at a later time to get a reply to your post(without the instant notification we have now). Now with social media there is a much quicker reply , and no one wants to do any research or search a site for information, just ask. Oil, Torque Specs, Check in, Show Me Your Pictures, are all I see on FB. Instant gratification. When was the last time anyone here went to the Library for anything?

I am on some other forums, like many of you probably are, and there will be sometimes weeks without anyone posting, but a lot are checking in. Are forums losing out? Ask your Magic 8 Ball and see what you get. For some of you young-in's, what is a Magic 8 Ball you ask?

So to keep sites like this with tons of valuable information going, help support it, continue to check in here regularly, and use the search function, as it more than likely has been asked before and it is packed full of great information. Older Members(not necessarily age) have a lot of experience with these trucks. Like that of an old truck, don't let sites like this sit and rust away. I live about 20 miles from FB Headquarters, every time I have passed by it, there is always someone out there taking pictures in front of it. I have never taken my picture in front of that "Thumbs Up" Sign, and never will.

I fucking hate fagbook, but you really have no choice but to join it to keep up with most racing now days. I hate 90% of the pussy retards on fagbook, they get so offended so damn easy which is fun to troll but aggravating when they all ask the same damn question once a week, every week.

I also hate how you have to load pictures onto an image site before you can post them on internet forums or else I would create a build thread here. My old build threads on other pages is empty thanks to photobucket getting greedy.

This isn’t my Division but I’ll comment anyway. I hate smart phones and really don’t like all the facebook BS. But since everyone is addicted to their phones and need to know when someone farts on facebook, or posts a selfie…well, there you have it. I just love being held up on the road by a myriad of idiots playing with their phones and not focusing on the road. Years ago, I got rear ended in my R/T at a red light by some young smart ass girl, who sent me crashing into the car in front of me. 2 weeks ago, some young man staring at this phone didn’t notice a long line of cars had stopped for a red light, and at the last minute looked up, slammed on his brakes, and kissed the back of my trailer. Anyway, that’s where everybody is playing grab-ass with their phones. In my mind a forum is a better set up for actually sharing and finding good information than the facebook and social media abyss. But the younger generations don’t know anything but cell phones and the social media band wagon. They don’t seem to be able to write a proper grammatical sentence to save their lives. I get emails from people from their cell phones that I can’t for the life of me figure out what they are trying to say. I get texts like: “said to contact you”. WTF?

I'm still around and drive mine almost daily. I'm starting to gather parts for an interesting upgrade . Nah, I don't care who knows, I'm gathering parts for a Gen3 Hemi swap in my truck. It just cost way too much money, that I don't have, to make a Magnum fast.

I'm going to do a 6.1 Hemi, with a healthy cam, re-use my D1SC Procharger (with Hemi brackets, of coarse), with about 8 psi on E85, with a T-56 should make for a fun ride.

    2012 Grand Cherokee Limited Wife's car - 4X4, Hemi
2003 Dakota RT RC, Hughes intake and throttle body, D1SC Procharger, 5-speed
2009 Challenger RT, 6-speed, sportlines, x-pipe, Dynatech mufflers.

Wife got seriously ill. Haven't even started on my engine teardown. Had to build first floor addition for wheel chair access. Hopefully drifting out of the corner now.

I didn't race at all, never hit the track as I took the year off, it was actually kinda nice.
Made big changes to heads, intake, both motor/transmission freshened up, looser stall and a T-brake, now it's going in for a 9", 4 link and 14" fat balonies, tired of the shitty track prep.

I'm still here. No facebook for me. Swapped the 360 for a 408 stroker last year. Truck's in the garage on stands now waiting for me to put in a new rear seal.
