    It allows you to get rid of the distributor and run a 2000+ Jeep 4.0L cam sensor and individual coils with a standalone setup.

    For the valve covers does it include the bolts and hardware? Also what did hipotek do to the valve covers? Cur the holes for breather and oil filler?

    All the hardware and gaskets are included for the covers as they have never been installed and have only been out of the box for pictures, you would just need to come up with a breather and a PCV valve. Correct, Richard cut the holes for the breather/PCV/oil cap as the come standard with no holes at all up top like this:
