    Default Need Help

Not sure if this is the right place to post this...Does any one know of a Dyno / tuning shop anywhere in the Pacific North West ( I live in Oregon) that can work with our trucks? I cant seem to get an email tune to work correctly for my truck and need some one on one time with a dyno shop in person. I've called around my entire state and cant find anyone who works with older dodge trucks (98 dakota). Does ANYONE know of shop / tuner I can take my truck to? Im willing to travel anywhere out west, getting desperate. Thanks

Best bet probably is to set up a date that works with a dyno near you and have a tuner (frp or such) on stand by via phone. make a pull. call tuner and send log file. he'll adjust accordingly, send you a new tune. upload tune, make another pull, send log file and repeat until satisfied.

The first few tunes I tried were through Chris. I also tried a tune through Marty but had the same result. Essentially the truck has idle issues upon deceleration, like the PCM isn't adjusting the Idle Air Control Valve accordling when the truck stops..resulting in the rpm's shooting up to 3k after the trucks initially stops. ( If that makes any sense)
