    Merry Christmas to you too.
Track opens in March. I decided to move the engine back after the heads we're off and on thier way to super stock Dakota race for a look over, I'm a little concerned about the clearance to the fire wall...do you happen to remember how much there was with your spintechs?

I have the 1 3/4" spintech longtube and the passenger side is super close to the firewall. cant even put a finger between the header and firewall. I can't remember how close the driverside was. I will look next time i'm in the garage. I just remember the passenger side being super close.

I stay in touch with Dan...He likes to hear about his heads kicking ass.

So scratch moving the engine back for now...I can't do it with out dropping it, and that's a bad thing....Next year.

He’s the first guy I contacted when I got my truck, bought my first Tb from him, he connected me to Sam P for my valve covers and Martin saine for the vb, and of course Krc, hope he’s doing good, I remember his blue rc !

He never finished that truck, sold it to someone and I don't think he finished it either.
Dan's head guy was good, he worked magic on the stock magnum heads back in the day.

Restrictions in all the ports, mainly the intake ports, but exhaust as well...he's porting the exhaust ports to the port plates, I'm porting headers to the plates. No steps allowed any where.
He says the Indy intake really needs help, plenum is junk...he was shocked to find that's how Indy sells it. He said Yeah it flows, but it flows all wrong. Hello epoxy.
As said, he's a record holding, Wally winning super stock Dakota racing OCD guy, out of respect for his craft I'm not saying much more, but big changes for sure.
