    Default Fuel Cell/Nitrous/Battery Location

    Hey Guys,

tried a quick search didn't get much luck, and anything i did find pictures wouldn't load...so... getting ready to mount battery box, fuel cell, and nitrous...looking for some input/advice. what is the best location in the bed for all listed? over rear tires behind rear tires..battery on left or right? nitrous in bed close to cab?... my original plan was to put the fuel cell just behind the rear axle in the bed, battery on the passenger side next to the fuel cell.. and nitrous in the middle up by the cab.. what works best? drag racing application so i want to utilize the weight as best as possible. spare tire carrier is still in truck also curious about any clearance issues with sump (before you say go look or measure, the bed is not currently on the truck) Thanks!

battery in rear of bed on passenger side as far back as possible, fuel cell center rear of bed or under bed where spare tire carrier was. I prefer the nitrous bottle in the cab behind the passenger seat with a blow down tube and electric bottle heater TORCHES BAD!!!!!!!!

I suggest staying away from plastic fuel cells and foam filled cells, you're welcome!

That's what I was getting at. Alum tank coated inside and out, No foam.

Chad do use wiffle balls or anything inside?

Nope, I want to build a new aluminum fuel cell though, and add walls inside as baffle.

I've always run foam in my fuel cell...just gotta buy the good stuff.

    http://www.ksrfoam.com/Fuel_Cell_Foam_Kits.php

It helps to keep fuel from sloshing out my vent, I always run 4 gallons in a 5 gallon tank.
