The block is at the machine shop. I'll go by there tomorrow. Also I had the numbers checked before I bought it. It is the Magnum R block.

P5153477-340. Pics available upon request. The only thing the machine shop did was wash, clean, and inspect.

I was at the track making a Full Throttle pass three quarter track the engine made a funny noise and started missing I got it back to the pit area it was puffing Blue Smoke but I never really looked at it in depth I decided to go back to the Ford brand so I'm just trying to park this project out or I would really like to sell the whole truck.

If it is 340 mains then it isn't a magnum R block, it is just an R3 block. Still a good block for someone wanting to build a strong foundation for a high horsepower capable engine.

    I need a 9.600" deck 48* lifter angle R3 block.
