Default Fiberglass panels, console, dash, etc

I've seen some fiberglass work done on interiors around here. I'm looking to see how its gone, how difficult it is, how you went about it. I realize its time consuming. I'm sick of looking at the grey plastic shells. If anyone has input or steps they took it would be greatly appreciated

I'd be into a fiberglass panel if it was smooth making one that fits the contours of a stock dash is dumb imo.

Yeah that's not necessarily what I want. I'm just looking for work people have done and any useful advice. photobucket successfully destroyed some fiberglass threads.

I know hairyglass makes fiberglass dash, though I have no idea about the quality and fit.
