Default 46RE- Aux trans cooler, AN fittings, new braided hard lines & check valve delete

What's up guys, I'm new to the forum and I have no be honest. I don't currently own a Dak. (5.9+5spd dak. build in future), I'm a Jeep guy, but Mopar or No Car.

One of my current builds is a 98' Jeep Grand Cherokee ZJ 5.9 Limited that is going to be only street/track. I bought it about a year and half ago for dirt cheap in subpar condition with 190k on it. I've done all maintenance and some upgrades since. I also rebuild the trans. last summer via Cascasetransmissionparts.com, Summit and Amazon.
    - All clutches/ friction discs
    - All gaskets/seals
    - HD front/reverse bands
    - HD band anchor/strut
    - HD Borg. Gov. Pres. solenoid
    - Mopar Gov. Pres. sensor
    - TCC/OD lockup wiring harness
    - Sonnax billet 2-3 accum. piston
    - HD 3-4 accum. spring
    - SHIFT mag. billet front servo
    - SHIFT billet reverse servo
    - Transgo diesel shift kit (slight exaggerated porting)
    - New TC
    - B&M deep pan
    - Mopar reusable gasket
    - Glowshift MaxTow trans. gauge

For my trans. cooler I went with a B&M 70298 Hi-Tek Supercooler w/ fan and i'm going to run all new SS braided lines from the cooler back to the trans., deleting the hardlines + check valve. I've been researching anyone whose done full lines on an 46RE and haven't come across any write up's or even picture's so I thought i'd take a shot at it. I'm still waiting on all my fittings and lines so I will post pics on install when I receive them.

If anyone else is running custom lines please feel free to post pics or give suggestions!

I haven't done it but I'm interested to see how it turns out.

B&M plate style here bypassing radiator. No check valve. AN line from cooler to bellhousing area. Then crimp/AN fittings to hardline.

    Braided SS lines here.
Just get measurements and head to a hydraulic hose shop.

Did you run supply/return up the pass side or split them?

Depending on room i'm considering running the cooler upright and splitting them 1 on either side of the frame rail.

Your cooler is mounted in the correct position, I have a 727, but the lines head straight to the cooler.

Mounted where the spare tire carrier was.

Pat from SMR gave me shit for wanting to run a plate style cooler with my new 727, and said it would void warranty. Although I ran a derale plate style on my 46re without issue. I just didn't want to void warranty on a $6000 trans.

Rev limiter? that's what valve springs are for!
