Custom AC lines. Would the cruise cable work if the servo was mounted on the drivers side of the engine.

My truck is an 03, and I ran into those same issues. The dipstick, I just bent the tube to fit, but it is still difficult getting the dipstick back in the tube, but just takes patience. I just grabbed the AC lines and bent them out of the way to clear by a little. When I still had the cruise control, I moved it to one of the bolts that holds the radiator support, bent the bracket slightly, and zip tied the cable to the AC lines I bent out of the way. However, since you are front mounting your intercooler, this probably will not fix your issues.

Are you trying to use the 00-03 condenser, or are you using the 98-99 condenser?

    I'm using the 00-03 condenser.

Truck is almost finished. I hope to be on Dyno with it this week.

Excuse the newb question but I am assuming you decided to put a procharger on it instead of rebuilding the motor with better heads/cam/increase compression/stroke the motor is because the procharger will provide more power and have less cost than trying to build the motor?

Also if I am reading correctly everything you are doing the inside of the motor is not being touched?

    Looking forward to dyno results.

I'd love to see your finished product, as I am going to be doing a front mount one day.

This thing has been kicking my ass.
Got 2 bad map sensors from 2 different places. Ended up having to use my backup GM 2 bar.
So far have just been driving it, have brought it up to 6.5 psi part throttle, the truck really runs great.
Having an intermittent no spark issue, gonna see about replacing crank sensor and see if that takes care of it.

Make sure your MAP sensor wires are soldered and not crimped. I had a similar issue with random misfires until I soldered my wires.

One of the map sensor weatherpack pins wiggled loose. Truck is fixed....

    Update.
Fell asleep at the wheel, went off the road with it. Oops. Thankfully a tire was the only damage.

Adding a bunch of upgrades, fixing the belt slip, then Dyno time at last.

Careful buddy, we can't afford to lose the only tooner who knows what he's doing with these trucks!

But in all seriousness, glad you're alright.

Hah. And I was once worried about you making a hole in the ground flying a Piper. You're like the rest of us getting in trouble on the ground. I once fell asleep driving my 428 Mustang. It maneuvered itself right around a gentle curve in the hwy. Traveled about a mile. Woke up at the next exit wondering how I missed my own. No more doubles for you.
