Default Need transmission and drive shaft

U-joint blew, drive shaft twisted apart, cracked transmission housing. Anyone have them, transmission doesn't have to be the best as it will be rebuilt if needed.
As I understand it 1999-2003 drive shafts are the same. Will a non-r/t shaft work, the only difference would be in the material, aluminum vs steel? What is the part number?

Anyone have one of those new 46re's they want to sell. What happen to them?
I found a drive shaft at a local parts yard, now for the transmission.

Do you need the forward transmission case or just the tail shaft housing?

Project Maverick. I feel the need, the need for speed

Are they no longer available from the dealership?
