I know a few people have done this on here but I thought I would share how mine has gone. My old headliner was absolutely gross. The pictures I'll put up don't do it justice. The previous owner was a smoker, so it was full of holes and falling apart. Between that and that tan color we all love so much, it was time to swap it out. I went with a simple flat black fabric. If you have the tools to do this, this is probably the cheapest thing I've done to my truck, and is not super difficult. Supplies: $35.00. Fabric/foam which came together from a local store, as well as a can of adhesive. Total time: 3-4 hours at the most. Taking out the headliner is pretty simple. Easiest way for me was to just pull out the front seats and center console. everything else either screws out or pops out. After you get it out the fabric pretty much pulls straight off, just be careful around holes. Getting the old foam off is easily the hardest part of this whole project. I used an old snap on crud thug. It worked great, but be careful on the edges and any wholes as it can tear it up pretty easy. After getting the foam off, I went over it with 80 sand paper one time lightly. Then cleaned it with some solvent. Let it dry. Sprayed one half with adhesive, pressed down that side, then did the same with the other half. After that its just cutting out the holes and the outside of the liner. All I have left to do is a little cutting then installation. I'll get some pics up later this week, its not perfect, but this its the first one I've done. I'd say it went pretty good for flyin off the seat of my pants the whole time.
