Default did i get the right plugs for a 200 shot?

I decided to build a 408 stroker. I'm gonna spray the crap out of my stock block till then (175-200 shot). I picked up some NGK BR7EF. Are these indeed the correct plugs for a big shot and what should i gap them at?

    Thanks for the input.

for a 150 shot 7 range plugs are perfect, for a 200 shot I would run an 8 range plug, also PULL TIMING!!!!

What solenoids are you using for a 200?

most of the bigger solenoids will flow a 250 shot tops, you need trash can or bigger orifice solenoids to flow more then that.
