Default Can't load tune file from computer to device

I installed the necessary software from SCT onto my computer and when I go to plug in the tuner and transfer a file from the computer to the tuner it prompts me to unplug and load necessary drivers. It did this 6 times! So I unistalled the SCT software and tried again. Prompted me 6 more times to load drivers and each time saying it was successful. WTF is going on with this? Software glitch? I emailed SCT and am waiting on a response.

If you're running Windows do this. Worked for me a few days ago.

Thanks for posting this BigRob. I have had a new tune for over two months now. I gave up on it after HOURS at the computer and coaching from another member. I'll try this when I get a chance.

Thank Halkese for doing such a great write up on it. I just happen to remember reading it.

I think I've read every single post on this form since joining up in March and I've learned two things.
    1. I have a long way to go and a lot of money to spend.
    2. You guys are fucking nuts. I like it

Have you talked to Sct directly ? They can log on to your computer directly and load up your 64 bit drivers

Ernie, I get really frustrated with the amount of time I have to spend every time I try to load another tune! I like spending my time working on the vehicle! Not Dickin' around with a computer!

uh-oh. This does not bode well for someone that thinks tuning is from the worlds of Harry Potter.
