Just to let those know that are familiar with dragway 42 or was pondering what was going on, I drive by the track everyday on my way to and from work, due to living less than 2 miles from it.
Today there was construction equipment working on the track, They will be pouring the track in 2 1/2 weeks
At least it will be done for spring!

Yea, This year i purchased a property in west salem on the outskirts, and I work in Akron. I can give updates through out the months to come about the track.
Today I drove by and they were almost to the starting line, dumping dirt and packing it.
