Default Shipped out a bunch of packets

Today I shipped out packets to new and renewed members. I had a heck of a time trying to decipher what had been done from what hadn't been done. I will be polite and say that there was no clear indication of what's been done.

So, most of you should receive your member packets soon. If you feel you are still owed one, let me know and I'll get you caught up.

On behalf of the board, again I apologize. Nobody should have to wait over 2 months to receive their packets. That is totally unacceptable and I hope we never have this happen again

Good work Tom, it's terrible that "the process" broke down to the point that it did because we need to encourage new members not turn them off.

I'm showing that you last re-upped on Aug 1st, 2015, valid through 2016. but that you never got a meet shirt from last year? is this correct? I'm puting your shirt and gift certificate together now to get mailed out in the AM.

Tom, I would like a 3XL shirt if you can send one but it's no big deal.

We have white 'trifecta' meet shirts and a few from last years meet.

Wanna do $10 a shirt plus postage? I think it's about $15 to ship it up to Canada.

    There's definitely a 2x. Pretty sure there's a 3x. We didn't have any 4x shirts.

If you send me back that one I'll send you the biggest we have

Don't worry about it Tom. I'll let my wife rock it or put on a puppet show or something.
I don't like t-shirts anyway. They are never long enough. Being really tall AND fat sucks.

If your wife is anything like mine your t shirt will magically shrink one day and wind up in her dresser
