I've been busy relocating yet again , but when I spoke to Travis, he indicated that he was waiting for the header flanges for the 5.9 to show up.
A V6 5 spd truck was purchased, and a V8 has already been swapped into it.
They've been a little backed up with projects at the shop but they are making progress.

Interested to see how this would turn out considering the space issue with the Jeep 5.9L engine bay. Also, would there be an offering for extra piping to go EWG for the T4?

Hi Sandra- the kits will never be offered for the Jeep chassis, if they fit it would be thru end user modification and/or by total luck. And yes, EWG was the plan the entire time. Not that many people in turbo V8 land run internal gates unless we are talking junkyard twins or the diesel Holset turbos.

You know, the shop making them asked me if I wanted my name to be "badged" on the manifolds. I was flattered, but politely declined.

It's a long story but in short, the kit is done but will not be continued.

Shop came to conclusion it wasn't cost effective making kits for dinosaur trucks and cheap owners?

Long story short the fab shop (the owner, NOT the fabricator) was using build deposits for largely his own personal expenses . the shop was closed with the Dakota I purchased and most of the turbo kit locked inside. The Denver PD called the fabricator to pick this stuff up. Now that we have access to the kits, the vehicle, and are getting material from someone at a reasonable cost this kit may still see the light of day.

We will see what happens. For me, dealing with the RTs is no longer my top priority as it is getting tougher to market my work for price that makes it worth the time being put in.

You know me too well buddy, and just speaking the truth on many of the new batch of R/T owners being cheap. That is a shitty deal on the owner of the shop doing that, good that you guys got the stuff back though.
