wire brush/degreaser got the frame that clean. por 15 is a kind of paint/rust preventative

Got it back together enough to fire it up for the first time yesterday. Only ran it for a minute or so. Was excitied to see it run, but too cold to keep the garage door open very long

Update: The snow is gone and the weather is finally getting nice. Started driving it over the last 2 weeks, and have managed over 200 "easy" miles. Running good so far on canned hemi fever tune, no codes or issues. I Need to get a good data logger to dial it in more, or maybe seek out a dyno tune. Also have a few small things I need to wrap up on it, but its getting there. Pic from earlier -

Update - Ended up getting this pretty dialed in thanks to Ryan's help. Put down 395 rwhp/439 rwtq and ran a best of 13.62 @ 101. Truck runs awesome, logged 3,700 miles last summer. But of course, its never enough. I recently acquired a procharger d1sc so I will be working on getting that set up by spring. Will also be adding an accel 1350, a new bullet cam, and few other supporting mods. Will post pics as progress is made, working on acquiring parts still.

That TB and a better cam with your SC is going to have you jizzing the first time you hit WOT after its finished being tuned. What are your new cam specs going to be and what injectors are you going to run? Are you going to upgrade your fuel system?

Haha I hope so. After talking to Ryan, I called bullet and went with their suggestion, 242/252 582/580 115+4. Looking at Siemens deka 60s or possibly 80s. Going to replace walbro 255 with a 400. Not sure what I need/want as far as lines etc yet.

Anyone have any suggestions for fuel system? Plan is to run around 7-8 psi. Don't think the stock lines will carry me that far. From searching looks like a return style system is way to go.

You're on the right track with going with a return style fuel system. I run a 400lph pump, but I think the stock fuel system can support up to 400rwhp IIRC. What is your end goal other than having fun?

Pretty much just in it for fun. Would like to break 500 rwhp though. Currently thinking about one of hipoteks 8an line/rail kits. Want to make right decision now so I only have to do it once.

Have all the parts ready, now time to get moving on this. Ended up going with hipotek 8an return style fuel system. Blower just got back from procharger with clean bill of health. Hoping to make good progress in next few weeks, we'll see.

Been pretty busy with it, almost forgot to update this. Got truck fired up a few weeks ago, now trying to work out bugs and get tune dialed in. Need to figure out something with belt next as current configuration isn't working out.

    Some pics and video -
