Thread: Full length valve cover baffles - 18ga sheet metal

  1. #1

Default Full length valve cover baffles - 18ga sheet metal

So I have a local shop with a CNC plasma and a bender inhouse who is custom making me my new rollpan.

I am having some blowby and a full length baffle would help from pushing oil out the breather and PCV. So I am wondering if you guys would be interested in a full length baffle for MP valve covers.

No firm pricing and would need 25 guys to commit for 50 pieces minimum.

I am thinking 40 bux or less is the target pricing on these.

If you are in at 40 or below lets start a list!

    1.) Todd (WhiteRT)
    2.) cnthook
    3.) Sean 03
    4.) mopars&firearms
    5.) dstoots
    6.) moneypit
    7.) never2fast +2
    8.) gofastgrey
    9.) uwntsumrtII
    10.) Corey
    11.) Darrell00R/T

I would be in for 40 or less also I'm sick of my breather asking for attention by spitting oil out at me

Eddie would go! Count me in on this one, if and only if (IFF) they will have no issues with my HS 1.7 Rockers, and those same MP Valve Covers.

Let me know where and when to send $$ if and when this happens.

I will have a full length baffle in my hand next week and get started on this. I have a local manufacturer who is going to bang them out for us. Looks like target price is in tact. Stay tuned......

Awesome! Thank you for setting this up! Money is stashed in my tool box.

Any oil pan windage trays for our engines? I know there is one for the Early 360 engine, or is it the same?

Reducing oil splash and foaming reduces power? Please explain this.
