That's about 7000rpm cam. Your peak is probably around 6500rpms maybe slightly more.

Basically what my cam is but less lift.

    Suddenly becomes

One more slick question...Hoosier or MT? Reason why I'm asking is Hoosier only comes a C07 at that size, 10.5 (firmer than D06), MT's come either way stiff wall or normal wall, but I understand they don't hold air so you have to run Tubes which makes their stiff wall stupid stiff.

I read somewhere using dish soap on the inside of the M/T's (ET Streets bias) and massaging it in on the inside would stop that leakage. Found a few more people that said same thing.
Still thinking it was a little strange I tried it on mine anyway. They lose less than a lb a month if that, and that could just be outside temp. I will be doing it to the next set as well. Running mine on street and track, no tubes. Used Dawn dish soap, 1/2 bottle per tire, rotated 90* every 5mins, sopped up the extra but did not wipe clean, just let it soak up. Set for a week and then mounted.

Chris's truck only pulled to about 6,300 rpm after that the power started to fall off a little. I pulled it to 6800 rpm. Did not see a reason to turn it higher.

Hoosier 10.5s are C07, harder compound than their D06s, I don't dare try to run a C07 here,

    Damn....That 10.5 weighs 27 lbs compared to 22 for a 10" D06 Hoosier...

That's a heavy little bitch, weighs more than my 29x10.5w

Yeah. I might put d06 compound Hoosiers on next just for that reason.
I was talking to my bro today, I have my slicks off the ground, but they sat for 2 years. I'm gonna throw them on one day this week and light them up to see what condition they are in. And film it and post it here

I'm REALLY thinking about putting some 28"x10" D06 Hoosiers on and run the tubes I ran with my stock 15" wheels.

Why tubes? I havnt had any trouble with slicks leaking. ( leaking bad enough that when I leave the pits it makes a difference)

Hoosiers don't leak, but the tubes do stiffen up the side wall, my regular sidewall Hoosiers wrinkled so badly (see awesome pic) you could not read the name "Hoosier" on the side, you're old C07 slicks were stiff walls.
