Hell. I've seen a lot worse than that on paint that old. Try some raindance car polish if it's still available. I used to have really good luck bringing back old paint with it.
The paint is still good, it was just rough on the roof hood and tonneau... Its ok now, next year I'm gonna get it buffed professionally
