Ok i was thinking about low 14s with traction.

Is it worth getting a tune from ryan where i only have bolt ons?the hemifever
Was a big improvement over superchips.but is there much to gain without more
    Mods or a datalogger?

Some will say yes and some will say no. See what you get with what you have, then go from there.

I have no experience with Hemifever but Ryan is tuning my 408. And it's been quite an improvement over the previous tuner.
