No evidence of any belt slip at all, even up to 13.3psi. Not in the logs, no dust, no abnormal belt wear.

I hope to have packages with sct available. Any price adjustments would come from volume. So if we get a block of buyers to get the quantity up, that would help. There isn't really any non recurring engineering rolled into the price, that I could reduce later.

How do you figure out what size blower to get for a certain engine? Kind of like a turbo map for what you are creating.

Unfortunately, compressor maps are hard to come by for twin screw compressors. I have some info on the SR4, like the 2.2, but its pretty basic.

The eaton TVS series have compressor maps available. Whipple provides flow numbers. There is a wealth of anecdotal application experience from the ford modular stuff.

There are a lot of dodge truck guys with 2.2s in their closet, so I wanted to address them first. For a clean slate, I'd be using a larger compressor. The 2.2 is quite capable though, and has been surprising me how well it's responded to my improvements.

The compressor maps are somewhat pointless is why I think they are hard to come by - there is no housing changes available, no compressor or turbine wheels to change out - the map just is what it is. Turbos, as I am learning from my powerstroke come in color of the rainbow.

How's the testing been coming along, have you been trying to drive the truck a few times a week before winter hit?

Been driving it every now and then. I haven't opened the hood in weeks, maybe months. No issues what so ever. Well, traction is an issue I guess. Hard street tires are completely useless. Start, drive, smile, park, repeat. No fuss, all the hardware seems to work great.

I will select a third party to work with me on refining the instructions, get independent dyno results and driving impressions. Alpha and beta refer to prototype stages. The alpha kit was internally evaluated and improvements identified from that period are incorporated into the beta kit. Similarly, lessons learned from the beta tester will be incorporated into the production revision kits. This way the production hardware has seen two rounds of revisions from two different sets of eyes. In exchange for helping me and accepting potentially less than perfect hardware, the tester would receive a discount and specialized support.

Shipping prototypes as production units is a risky business move and I'm not going to rest my reputation on it. If you're buying a product from me, it has been tested and verified to do what I say it does.

Still in the middle of beta kit production. Somewhat delayed by one of my suppliers, and also because I'm in the middle of buying a house. I should have some more time here soon.

Glad to see it coming along, Chris. It's nice to see someone who actually cares about the quality of their product. IMO, no one's ever made a decent kit for these platforms. Good blowers-yes, but the drive systems have sucked.
If the tuning/ fuel systems are bogging you down, you could always just offer it as a tuner kit. In my mind, the most coveted part is the drive system anyway. Not trying to rush you along or anything.

    Thanks for the feedback.

I am in the process of moving into a new house and shop, so the project was delayed a bit. Improved parts for the beta kit are on their way. The front bracket for the drive system was one part that will be updated.

There will also be a promotional video coming out soon, as well as website updates.
