I was on limiter so it knocked me down on top end.
How did your 60' times compare between PHX and SAC? A 7 mph difference is HUGE!

Need to double check my slips, but my best this weekend was 1.79 and 1.81 which are worse. Thought the mono-leafs would help... Unless there is tweaking I'm missing? Pinion is just over 5 degrees too after shims.

    Kevin,
It's more than likely that 115 mph slip is inaccurate. 107 to 109 is right in the range you should be seeing for the rest of the slip.

And Mono-leafs won't help if you're already dead hooking without them. The only advantage in that situation would be the lower weight of the mono.
Not always the best idea to take weight away in the rear of these trucks.

I'm not saying Mono's don't work (they do). But if you can make the stiffer stock leaf hook using cal-tracs or clamps, it's to your advantage. The stiffer set up will transfer more inertia and energy (vs absorbing it in the leaf through movement) to the sidewall of the tire.

My 60 foots are actually better, but a distance from my 1.75's. need to confirm those slips too. I slowed about 2-3mph.

Ed, yea...the 115 isn't correct. Not sure where I got that in my head. I did go 109 in Vegas though.

Here are slips from Sacramento last year and Vegas this year (still need to find PHX in 2012 for the other 12.384 pass)

Thanks, I still think I'm too slow though.
You and Brian S. in the 11's have me on the hunt
Next run I can throw some 1.7 HS's back in.... And just tweak at the track and see what she does.

Time to update that sig time what RPM do you have the limiter set at? You need to up that and maybe a taller tire? How much boost right now?

Rockers, pulley and tune = certain 11's

    Very impressive!!

Limiter I beleive is 6400 or 6500 and shifts at 6200.
Just got new tires, debated on height but stuck with 28's because I don't know what I'll need for my next set-up. Boost, 8-10lbs. It's the stock 3.125" pulley.

And that's the plan if I can get my shit together in 2-weeks

Ok. I just thought that big jump in mph was something I wanted. LOL

I am sorely disappointed in my truck's 60' numbers at Sac. I had visions of the Tucson 60' numbers improving along with mph in the better air. The mph numbers at the stripe reflected a 60 hp gain - but that's the only place it showed up.

I was disappointed last year when I duplicated my Phoenix time in Sacramento. And again this trip with similar times and more mods added.

I'm hoping to go to Famoso in two weeks, DA was around 1200-1900 in Bakersfield when we were in Sac, so I need to push that much more. My truck does like the dry weather better. I might try your tricks too.
