    Here's the chart.

Here is with the A/F part opened up. It was NOT happy.

The boost level was going into a sine wave - and the FMU was getting behind... and the HP went crazy. Inside the truck it felt like a bad set of plugs except for when the converter would take some time out. The rpm would increase but the mph stayed the same.

    Hahahahaha.

The owner of the shop rolled out a big tub full of kitty litter and a shovel. He said if I kept making pulls I was going to need it. LOL

    That is some shit.

I've had some pulls where my AFR went nuts, misfiring, carrying on and it still didn't look like that.

I'm gonna throw out a guess just for the hell of it.

My dads Chebbie bucked, popped, snorted, and farted like crazy when his CPS got grounded out.

Any chance you damaged the cps, wires, flexplate, or anything else when you swapped the converter?

EDIT: you pulled out a viper converter right? did you pull out the BH and flexplate spacers, too?

It only went this crazy with the boost controller on. Apparently it's cycling the solenoid open and closed to regulate the boost pressure that gets to the wastegate. Then the wastegate opens and closes to try and keep up. Then the FMU is seeing this boost pressure rise and fall - which makes it's diaphram do the same. The problem is that not all of these components can cycle at the same speeds. Once any one of them starts to fall behind it starts to go stupid. Turn the electronic boost controller off and it stays at a solid 12:1 A/F and 10 psi of boost.

My buddy tried an expensive electronic boost controller and it didnt like it at all, it would surge under boost terrible and nobody could figure out how to tune it so he sold it and went to a manual set up

Here is a very much less dramatic snapshot of the power output. Relatively flat power output from 65 mph to 130. The single red line - Lean A/F line is when I turned the boost-a-pump off to make sure it wasn't a source of the phasing. Leaned it out by a full A/F point.

I'll ditch this and go back to just swapping springs in the wastegate.

OK here is my previous setup for those that care.

5.2 Magnum (stock with approx 130k miles, except for listed parts below)
    5 speed
    2bbl M1
    50mm "Dwight" TB
    HS 1.7 RRs
Mopar PCM controlling ignition with MSD BTM boost retard
    MS2 running 42lb injectors
Holset WH1C rear mount turbo (tiny 56mm compressor and T3 turbine)
    GC E-fan

1st pull there wasn't enough load to spool it down low, and the 3rd pull is pictured as well and you can see the difference. The 2nd pull is not pictured but it made a best of 375 ft/lbs on a rich toon and ~290hp on all pulls, stock valve springs were also giving up. 7PSI boost.

Found the dyno sheet and video from when I dynoed the '99 back in 2006 @ 140k miles. Mods were M1, Mopar PCM, K&N, Gibson Shorties, single 3" in/dual 2.5" out Spintech, and 50mm TB.

Thanks! It was a handful when I first got it. I'm getting used to it now.
I was told that with the added 1.7's and bigger TB that it made 413/452. It feels a lot stronger that, though.
