    Default michigan caravan to Nationals

Looks like we are planning on leaving the Wednesday before the meet. I think the plan is to drive all the way to Springfield MO the first day (about 2-3 hours past St Louis.) Whose all in? Does anyone have any preference on Hotels, I know I will be towing a trailer so I will need an area with trailer parking.

ray, yes we will be going 69 to indy, probably get on somewhere near marshal, I usually take 94 over to 69 that is unless it is backed up then we will go through spring arbor and catch it where it comes in.

Rob, Why go all the way to Marshal on 94? Wouldn't 60 from Jackson be faster? Ray

ray I have driven both routes before and never noticed any time difference among the 2.
60 you have all the small towns that you have to slow down through, where 94 you travel at 70 mph. The only time I have found 60 to be quicker was when 94 is under construction.

ray, there is a big mobile gas station just the other side of the indiana line. Its may be a good place to meet and we can gas up at that point too.
