He said the diablo must have been in his Mustang. He's gotta call the guy that put it in.I'll post a pic tonight I'm still at work and once i figure out how to post a pic. But there's no way this is stock. it has a bnm shift kit as well, i forgot to mention. As for being a 4.7, i know its a 5.9

And no z in the vin btw

If there is no Z in the vin then it didnt come from the factory with a 5.9. Z is the vin code Dodge uses for the 5.9 motor atleast thats my understanding.

I looked under the hood. The stickers on the hood from the factory all say 5.9. I can't upload pics. They all keep saying their too big

Use your photoshop to re-size the pics. Now all gen-3 R/T's have a Z in the vin. That being said all of us will try to still help you create the monster you want to build whether it's a R/T or not. BTW I'm Barry one of the old guys around here [in my 60's].If I haven't said welcome.welcome aboard.

Welcome man, unfortunately if there is no z in the vin on the dash board it is not a true r/t. Where in jersey are you btw?

Then why do all the factory stickers under the hood say 5.9? And why did my insurance company read the vin and tell me i owned an 03 dodge Dakota r/t 5.9?

1d7fl76z93s196292 there's a wood chip over the damn vin plate on the dash i moved it and there's the z. So now all my paper work goes to a different truck. Even the dealer paper work is wrong. And the plate on the dash matches the door sticker vin

The second letter should be a B not D.

It is B... Has to be.
Ran your VIN and you've got one other number probly wrong...
The second "7" in your VIN should be a "2".

We are having a swap meet at the nat's and we have a gas sponsor that will just about pay for all your gas.Looks like a good size crew coming from the north east . You should think about coming to okieland and playing with that R/T
