You've got a first gen Durango R/T right? As much as I like those, do it. Ram R/Ts are fuckin sweet. If I didn't live where I felt I needed a 4wd truck, I'd be rockin one for sure.

I've often thought the same thing lol. I need the 4wd. Has anyone out there drove one for awhile? I've always thought it'd be sweet to have one.

I've had a lot of rams in lots of configurations st cab short beds, long beds, club cabs ,four doors and never felt the need for 4wd never owned one but have ridden in lots and i feel the extra weight and ride quality and cost are not worth it to me but their is a time and place to have it so i can see why people want it , and i live in illinois we do have ice and snow and lots of plow trucks so roads not usualy much of problem.

Had to move mine 20ft closer to the back of the shop to make some room. It has no rear axle and the ball joints are off it, had to ghetto rig a system with a pallet jack and the forklift just to move the damn thing. Can't wait to actually get back to work on it, waiting for some prototype parts to be designed and machined first.

I have the Pro Street Damper. While it's not SFI certified, it meets SFI specs. Agree about the Firecore wires. Here's the link for the Damper ---> http://www.pro-race.com/dampers/pro-street/

    FUCK THAT PIECE OF SHIT!!!!!!!

the Summit balance is the same one from the same people, it caused me to waste $500 on a new ignition box and distributor for my truck because the outer shell was rotating on the inner shell of the balancer and moving my timing mark.

I will never run a cheap Chinese balancer ever again!

Mark the two halves with a marker or paint pin and keep an eye on it, f the lines move, throw it away and buy an ATI balancer for it.

Pulled my accessories, timing cover, primary and secondary timing chains, sprockets, and tensioners to await new arivals to see if it fixes the knock from what is led to believe excessive cam chain slack from worn chains, guides, and tensioners.

thinking about changing oil pump while im there.

Gave mine a bath last night and took it to work today.

I love early morning summer driving with hardly anyone else on the road but I hate the drive home with every mutant, dump and transport truck clogging up the streets like cholesterol in a major artery.
