Did you just weld it in ? I bolted mine up and skip welded it around, to not add too much heat to the frame and weaken it more that it is! On another not I pulled mine out and washed all of last years gunk off of it! It needs a good wax job, I hate people walking by it and dragging their sand paper hands all over the dirt on the hood, oooohhh I want to chop their hands off at times!!!
Welded it in all around and plug welded all the bolt holes.
Did the welding in sections as not to create too much heat.
Also at the same time, installed the X-Brace kit Richard from Hi-Potek produces. Probably the easiest thing I have installed on the truck. Bolts right in.

Washed and ran an orbital over it with some synthetic wax, and wrapped her up in a $45 truck cover from Walmart! Fits perfect! And still waiting on the Srt from the trans shop a month deep now !
Got the RT and Challenger professionally detailed.
Figured out my no-idle issue. turns out my IAC has been failing, and finally took a shit 4 AM Thursday.
disconnected it for now, runs great and picked up 2 mpg.

Dug mine outta the cave today... FINALLY! Been to busy with other things. Put red loctite on a vacuum nipple and tapped it back into the manifold and replaced a cracked vacuum cap at the same location. And, Damn these brakes are weak! After driving my winter car for so long I was shocked!

Hailed on AGAIN. Literally fixed the other hail damage a month ago. Now I just got golf ball sized hail. 2X as bad as the last time. Just my luck! Truck is absolutely smoked
