Nothing today, yesterday drove it to a local mopar group members house to help them get the serpentine belt installed on their srt-10 RAM. They had a tensioner pulley seize up, melt off, and shred belt. It was a pain in the ass getting g the belt back on. Not sure if parts store didn't give them the right length or what. With tensioner at full extension it still took another set of hands to help work the belt over the water pump pulley. Of course there isn't much room to work between radiator fan.and front of motor on that truck. Did you know they use a hydraulic cooling fan run by power steering pump?

OK, what did I do to my non-RT today?

I took my Dakota in for a new paint job. The interior has been done, so has the motor. Rebuilt the front end......so ready for paint. 3 weeks is going to be a long wait.

That's a pretty good turn around time. Mine's been gone for 6 weeks. I checked on mine today and the wet sanding is done. All that's left is rhino lining the bed, install the tailgate wing and buff. I'm picking it up lunch time on Friday. Can't wait to see your two tone when it's finished

    LoneSoldier79,

They said 3 weeks, but I'm not really counting on it, time will tell.

Rome wasn't built in a day, I'm sure your truck will definitely be worth the wait.

At least they'll both be on the road for the good weather.

One question, why Rhino liner over Line-X. From what I read, those two are the only way to go, but what has you leaning towards the Rhino? I thought Line-X, but I'd like to hear your thoughts.

I just said Rhino lining as a generic term. The shp could be using linex.

Actually it is headed to Zhao Yu Tsing in Shanghai China. I read the chicken scratches that made up the address

Order four R/T wheels, sight unseen. 350 for four shipped, hopefully they look decent. Going on my 4x4 5.9 quad cab with hotchkis sways and bilstein shocks. The 15" rim is killing me

My buddy Larry has over 100,000 miles on his with no issues, and that trans has been behind a strong 408 and a supercharged 360. Looking forward to the same here.
