Why did you change it out?
Edelbrock Magnum heads, Harland-Sharp 1:6 RR, Jomar Performance Ultra-Lite Stud Girdle, SoutheastPerformance Sheet Metal Valve Covers, Custom Hyd Roller from Reed Cams, Mopar M-1 2 Brl Intake, Hughes Stage 1 TB, JBA SS Headers, Jacobs Electronics Pro Street Ignition System and Wires, MBRP 'Cuda Style Exhaust, Western Chassis 2" drop front and rear, Edelbrock IAS Shocks, Terry DeLong Pro-Glass Shaker Hood
The bumper skin was glued on with automotive adhesive and over time the glue shrunk causing the bumper surface to go rippled. It was bothering me. Most people wouldn’t notice it unless I pointed it out but it I knew it looked like crap. I’ll fix it up over the winter and smooth it out.

Pulled my driveshaft and took to local shop to get it upgraded and a Moser yoke installed.

Installed the new headliner in my 02 club cab R/T
Just got back from a town that had the highest amount of Dodge Dakota’s I have seen in a long time, it was like a strange dream. Normally I see just a few per month, in the past four days 50 plus.

A friend and I drove two of my R/Ts 220 miles to a car show in Rio Rancho, NM.
'99 R/T- Red Reg/cab (Procharged garage Queen!)
'99 R/T- Deep Amethyst Reg/Cab(the daily driver)
'00 R/T- Blue Ext/cab(The newest arrival)
'04 SRT4- stage 2, bigger turbo, intercooler, and exhaust
'91 Dakota- reg/cab short bed(5.2 magnum swap in progress)
'87 Shelby Charger(will get to it eventually)
'76 W100- 400/auto(it was given to me)
'71 D100- short bed(will be getting magnum/OD auto swap)
'68 A100 pickup- 360/auto
I stole the rear speakers out of my R/T to put in a friend's truck that already had my head unit and front speakers. Don't plan on being able to hear the stereo over the exhaust/engine/turbo so it's better to move them along to a new home than to sit in there and waste away.

Walked by it, stopped cussed it a few times. Threatened to set it on fire. Walked away.
Got my truck out for a 500+ mi. road trip to Minneapolis. Will be giving it the once over, the next couple weekends before a 1500 mi. Road trip to Boulder July 4 weekend.

Finally got around to drilling out the spot welds on the passenger side inner fender after ditching the driver's side weeks ago.

Trip out to Colorado has been great. No issues, the truck has ran great, runs down the road straight and predictable, on the way out one fuel stop in 670 mi. Today drove it to the summit of Mt. Evans @ 14,000' +. Have to like fuel injection, leave central Iowa @ 800' elevation and climb over 13,000' without missing a beat.

Well, my 20 year old alternator started squealing, so bought one for 78 bucks off Amazon. Plus, re-greased the two idler/tensioner pulleys. All is good in Wenatchee R/T land. LOL

Just finished a 750 mile round trip trek out to church camp in the ol Dak. We took it instead of my wife's Dart just to shake things up. Was pleasantly surprised to see that through 5 hours of hills on I-64 and the bluegrass parkway, managed 17.5 mpg. Not too shabby

Not an RT but its a 5.9
started swapping Durango torsion bars off (bit thicker than dakota), bought 92-93 dakota exhaust manifolds (pass inspection and won't crack), got my hotchkis sways back, and slowly getting back to working on my dakota. Need to save up some money for an msaine trans, ugh

I removed my fuel tank today from my durango and waiting for my parts to arrive . also removed my TB fuel rails and injectors . my durango is sitting for at least 5 months now . i also going to replace the oil filter plate gasket, it is leaking a little . i was wondering if you need to drain your oilpan to replace the gasket or can you replace the gasket with the oil in the engine ?
