The only other option looks like the sprint tonneau cover (http://www.stslids.com)

FWIW the STS is NOT the Sprint lid.... I have one of the original Sprint lids on Barney, and they are a true flush mount. Nothing above the edge of the bed at all. It sits down between the rails and the TG. I can open the TG with the bed closed, and I also have a Xenon spoiler on mine with the Sprint cover.

I think that Sprint has been out of buisness for at least 5 years now.. maybe more. Unless someone else bought the pattern/mold and is making them under a different name, but that STS is not the same.

[BlakDak71] : I don't run oil, I run a special blend consisting of Hellman's mayo and the tears of a pregnant mermaid

[Kotta390] : My electric water pump puts out too much fuel at idle and is not a variable pump which makes it overheat in the summer at idle if I sit too long

I would be interested in a painted version of this. Depending on how it mounts as well, and how easy it is to remove ( track day prep etc ) My old Sprint flush mount has seen better days, and has got a pretty good "wow" in it now.

    Thanks!

My wifes RT has an aluminum flush mount on her truck. I will have to see if we still have the info for where she got it. I hated it forever because it wouldnt stay in place, but I figured out ( finally.... ) that the shop that installed it installed it with the struts pushing the cover the wrong way, so that when the cover was closed, they were pushing the cover towards the back of the truck. I moved the lower mount for the strut, and havent had a single problem since.

Ill try to remember to see if the info is still on the underside of the tonneau.

That REALLY looks like the same one on my wifes truck.

Shelby, do you have a pic of the underside? Is yours aluminum with square tube structure underneath?

Yeah it has the square tubing underneath. I can't take a picture underneath because I carpeted it. Also I believe the place is called quality kustom tonneau cover in Ohio

Any luck with any new tonneau covers? I have a cervini's wing and looking for a tonneau cover that will work with it.

Here's the tricky part, finding anyone that is still in business selling one!

Anybody point me in the right direction? that one on KotaRT's truck looks awesome!

If there is no option out there, well looks like it's time to learn how to fab up a tonneau cover.

I just want it for cosmetic and for protection/security for when I relocate my battery and some other stuff to the box of the truck. Don't need anyone peeking in the box of the truck while I'm out for dinner and thinking that my optima would look nice in their car.

extang "full tilt" will work. I have them on both trucks, my R/T has the cervinis spoiler too.

If you're still interested in flush mount lighting, you should consider NDR Electric as a viable alternative.
