Why didn't you list them in that order in the User CP?

I think that's just how VB sets them up.

    Alphabetical.

Could be wrong though. But it looks like everything in there is alphabetical.

So would ported RT heads put me in pro? Or just heavy? Shortblock is stock.... I consider heads and cam a bolton item

The descriptions are a lil vague....

AFAIK, heads and cam weren't considered bolt-on's when the classes were being discussed. They're considered a "built" engine.

With a heads/ cam 360 and nitrous, you're probably Pro class

(now, if heads and cam are considered a bolt-on, then I'm in light-mod )

But changing the heads/cam doesn't give you more cubes, so should the miniumum be 360 or 368? Because if thats the case also I would be under pro n/a

Bolt-ons - Any performance mod not listed in the "built motor" definition.
Dont matter to me I figured Pro was the right place for me, cuz thats where Ive been in all of the meets with that truck... but I was trying to point out that the descriptions here were a little thin.... so they could lead to confusion.

    Thats all Carry on!

Edit: BTW I helped originate most of those class definitions in 01 or 02... FWIW

A bored out 360 would be still considered a 360, that's why its 368 or less for Heavy mod N/A or Pro.

Once you add a stroker crank and go over 368, you would be in Pro N/A, or Outlaw

    That's what I'm sayin!

Another little piece of DRTC history: Div 4 was once referred to as "The Outlaws". It's a Banner TriFecta!

You would be in Heavy Mod N/A if you didn't spray...
    Pro Class if you do.
So yeah, you're in the right spot !

We changed the definitions from the old rules.

A "built motor" is now defined by one (or more) of the following:
    1. Any stroker crank
    2. Higher than stock compression pistons
    3. Any head change... Aftermarket heads. Or porting, or larger than stock valves on stock heads
    4. Any cam change.

Anything other than that listed above is now considered "bolt-ons"... (Except of course power adders).

The 367 cu/in. limit was to allow for a max. overbore of .040" without unfairly kicking someone up into the 408 and larger group.

Hope this helps explain things a little better.
